How to Add or Update Your Email and Phone Number

It is important to keep your contact information up to date, and we've made it simple to manage your personal details within your account. Whether you're changing your email address or updating your phone number, follow these easy steps to update your contact information.

Updating Your Contact Information:

Your email and phone number will appear in your client notifications, unless other contact information is added within your Business Settings - Learn more here. To update the email and phone number for your account follow these steps below. 

Mobile App:

• Tap into Features > Settings > Personal & Contact Info > Contact Information.
• Tap into the Email & Phone Number settings to make changes. 

Web Browser:

• Click into Settings > Personal > Personal Details
• Click into the Personal Email & Personal Phone  settings to make changes.

Note: Each GlossGenius account can only have one unique email address and phone number linked to it. Should you need to update, free up, or release your contact details associated with another GlossGenius account, reach out to support at support@glossgenius.com. Kindly provide the contact information you wish to update and specify the account you want it transferred to. 

Phone Number Verification:
If you're updating your phone number, you'll be required to verify your identity for security measures. 

• You will receive a verification code to the current phone number associated with your account. 
• Input the verification code when prompted to proceed with updating your phone number. 
• After successfully inputting the verification code, you can enter the new phone number.
